Der Arzt zu dem ich gehe (die Ordination ist um’s Eck und er behandelt Kassenpatienten. deshalb) also dieser Arzt war entsetzt als ihm ich erzählte, dass ich mich low carb ernähre. dabei habe ich eh geschummelt, weil ich hab mich das letzte halbe Jahr nach der Keto-Diät ernährt. nach einer Hepatitis vor einem Jahr und der Diagnose verfettete Leber und Bauchspeicheldrüse, habe ich mich dafür entschieden, zumindest für eine Weile meine Essengewohnheiten umzustellen.
Jetzt bin ich am Übergang zur low carb Ernährung – dies wird wohl in Zukunft mein „normales Essen“ sein!

Danke für die Bestätigung, dass ich bei meiner Entscheidung richtig liege!
